In this session  Betty will address what is happening in the workplace in regards to ageism and help understand the changes and demographics. Her efforts include helping clients to develop their own career management map (in view of past career choices\, key strengths\, skills and interests\, and career goals) to ensure a best fit for their next (short and longer-term) positions. \n\n To develop her expertise\, Betty has held global leadership and executive HR/Talent Management roles in both Global Corporate and Higher Education environments\, in the US\, Europe and Asia\, working and living abroad for extensive periods.
