Enhancing the customer experience.\n\nWEEK FOUR: Retaining customers   transaction follow up\, uncovering additional needs\, and maintaining loyalty\n\n\n\nWORKSHOP LEADERS\n\nJustin Walker is a Naval Special Warfare veteran\, entrepreneur and non-profit leader\, whose 12 years of extensive Naval Special Operations management\, curriculum development and strategic planning skills have led to successful civilian programs.  He currently serves as the Executive Director of Bunker Labs\, a Chicago-based business incubator and nationally-recognized not for profit organization in 17 cities\, built by military veteran entrepreneurs to empower other military veterans as leaders in innovation. He is also the CEO of Halo Group\, an initiative that brings a Special Forces mindset to executive coaching\, team development\, accountability and leadership geared to both companies and individuals.
