In this interactive session\, Jill will guide you to a better understanding of yourself and your values   the first step in finding your ideal work.\n\nAs a human resources professional and consultant\, Jill MacFadyen has worked for several American\, Japanese\, and German firms in a wide variety of industries. She loved recruiting individuals for the ideal cultural fit and was responsible for recruiting positions of all levels\, up to and including company president. She has worked with high-profile corporate clients including McKinsey & Company\, Inc. Jill facilitates job search groups for alumni of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is a career and leadership coach with excellent listening\, communication and facilitations skills. Jill particularly enjoys helping clients discover their strengths to showcase them in their resume and interviewing.\n\nJill MacFadyen received her coach's training from The Coaches Training Institute and is certified as a Life Coach by The International Coach Federation. She has a Bachelor's degree from Rosemont College in Rosemont\, PA\, a Master's Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago\, IL and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Benedictine University in Lisle\, IL.
