Currently\, she is involved in various philanthropic and volunteer activities including working as a business mentor for SCORE\, a division of the SBA that offers consulting services of retired executives to the business community\, Executive Service Corps and Junior Achievement.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n Alfia Caldwell is the founder of Reframe It\, an executive coaching and consulting firm specializing in organizational\, business\, and leadership development. She brings more than 20 years of experience across nonprofit\, insurance and financial services\, and faith-based organizational leadership.
