It takes more than just a good heart to succeed in the nonprofit sector and job candidates must understand how the industry differs from for profit positions.\n\n\n\nAs a seasoned nonprofit leader\, Kristina will discuss the unique challenges nonprofit leaders face ranging from funding to performance metrics. Kristina will share her wealth of nonprofit experience and knowledge. She holds a BA\, MPA\, and is currently completing a PhD in Business Organization and Management.\n\n\n\nHer professional experience spans public policy\, workforce training and development\, program design and implementation\, donor management\, event management\, and grant writing. Kristina has been an active team builder\, development expert\, and leader with several area nonprofit organizations. She works closely with Career Resource Center's board\, staff\, and volunteers to seek and cultivate relationships with strategic partners\, individual donors\, private foundations\, philanthropic entities\, government organizations\, and community agencies.
