DESCRIPTION:Kids' Free Track Event - Lake Forest Lake Bluff Running Club\n\nBring your kids to a fun\, free community track event sponsored by the Lake Forest Lake Bluff Running Club on Saturday\, July 16th at 1 p.m. at the Lake Forest High School track! Club volunteers will lead different age groups of kids (toddler high school) through various track events. Kids will enjoy trying different relays\, dashes and a broad jump. Jenny Spangler our LFLB club coach and a US Olympian will be there to help the kids along.\n\n\n\nEveryone is a WINNER! Participation medals will be presented to the first 50 children to show up.\n\n\n\nWater/juice will be provided. The ice-cream truck will also make an appearance (for purchase).\n\n\n\nNote this is not a drop-off event. A parent/guardian is needed to sign a waiver day of.
