The first tour in the series\, Uptown\, All Around the Town\, takes place Sunday May 20 and covers the Lake Bluff commercial district and surrounding area. Tours depart from the Lake Bluff History Museum starting at noon and run about 90 minutes. Participants in the May 20 tour will explore Lake Bluff's Commercial District\, an area formally recognized as a National Historic District in 2007 and learn about how businesses serving residents' needs evolved over time.
