Individuals or entire families   everyone is invited to join in one of Lake Forest Day's best traditions!   Run or walk! Ages 7 and up.   All participants of the 5K Run/Walk will receive a souvenir T-shirt on race day.   Awards to the top male and female athlete finishers in each age division.   Fantastic raffle prizes from local businesses!   Please pre-register to help race coordinators plan for the run.
