Please register by Thursday\, October 4\, 2012 if you would like to participate. A $20.00 fee will provide you with the hay and a pumpkin head. You bring old clothes\, hats\, any scarecrow accessories and an active imagination. Scarecrows will be mounted on fence post provided by the Parks Dept. Refreshments will be served.
