Sandra is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and carries multiple senior HR certifications. \n\n \n\n With an MBA from the University of Chicago\, Sandra has spent the bulk of her career identifying opportunities and establishing small businesses to capitalize on those opportunities. As a result of that experience\, she has a strong appreciation for the challenges faced by small business owners\, especially in the area of employment.
