DESCRIPTION:The Chicago Double Reed Festival is an all day experience put on for and by Chicago area bassoonists and oboists of all ages\, experience levels\, and backgrounds! Participants will have the opportunity to play in master classes\, participate in reed-making classes\, perform in technique classes\, play in a double reed ensemble\, try out instruments from local vendors\, and celebrate all things double reed! All participants will also get a double reed festival t-shirt and lunch.
