There are many benefits to understanding your own preferences\, including how they affect you\, how they affect your style of communication and how you are different from or similar to other people. By understanding your preferences\, you will also be able to identify key strengths for your resume and interviews and learn how to recognize opportunities that best fit your personality type.\n\nPatti Bries is a Career Management Consultant with Right Management. Her expertise includes training and development\, coaching\, assessment\, and social media. She is certified to administer and interpret the MBTI\, Strong Interest Inventory\, FIRO-B and the Birkman First Look.
