Curious about whether testing will affirm or negate longstanding assumptions about yourself?  Learn how to identify opportunities that best fit your personality type.  Gain a better understanding of yourself and others and identify key strengths for your resume and interviews.\n\nThis workshop will offer you the opportunity to complete a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator \, thus building your personality profile.  Patti will review several profiles\, focusing on how they can be useful in developing a compatible career path.\n\nPatti is a strategic and resourceful business professional recognized for her ability to achieve successful results for organizations and individuals.  Her expertise includes training and development\, coaching\, assessment\, and social media.\n\nShe is certified to administer and interpret the MBTI\, Strong Interest Inventory\, FIRO-B and the Birkman First Look.   Patti is also skilled at maximizing social media to make connections and market talents.\n\nPatti earned her BS in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin   Green Bay and a Earned Master's Level E-Learning Credential from Roosevelt University\, December 2012.\n\nTo participate\, call to register 847-295-5626.  There is a $20 fee for members and non-members - and you must be present by 1:00 pm in order to complete the questionnaire prior to the program.
