Like his two other Sports and Faith Series books\, Pilgrimage examines the lives of many athletes\, coaches\, and others who live exemplary lives. Many of the athletes described in this book are young. Their athletic preparation\, discipline\, conditioning\, and spiritual and mental training will help them lead faithful lives.
