Whether you're looking for greater work/life balance or need to earn some income during a job transition\, figuring out how to thrive as a contingent worker or freelancer can be valuable.  In this interactive program\, participants will learn more about "portfolio careers" (careers where income is generated from a combination of part-time\, freelance\, temporary and other ventures) and how to take the first steps to define their own product offerings and marketing plans.  \n\n     Susan Camberis is a Talent Management and HR Leader who is passionate about learning\, career development\, and sustainability.  From 1999 to 2013\, Susan held various HR roles with Baxter\, a global\, diversified healthcare company headquartered in Deerfield\, Illinois.  Susan is particularly interested in how organizations are engaging employees and developing talent while becoming more sustainable. \n\n     Susan has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Evansville and a Masters in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago.  She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Career and Education Advisor (CEA) certification from the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning.
