The program will take place on Sunday\, February 10th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at the Auditorium at Gorton Community Center\, 400 E. Illinois Rd.\, Lake Forest.\n\nExperts in the fields of agriculture and health will present and be on hand to answer questions.\n\n-  Bill Kurtis\, broadcast journalist\, conservationist\, and founder of Tallgrass Beef Company\n\n-  Melanie K. Rummel\, Chairman of the Lake Forest Open Lands Ass'n and LWV-LFLB member will moderate.\n\n-  Ruchi S. Gupta\, MD/MPH\, Ass't Professor of Pediatrics and a health services researcher at NW University and Children's Memorial Hospital\, Author of "The Food Allergy Experience:  Real Voices.  Real Disease.  Real Insights".\n\nNutritious or Malicious?
