DESCRIPTION:We are doing a couch to 5k program to get ready for the 5k race at the Equestrian Connection on May 16th.  We meet every Tuesday and Thursday night at 6pm at 600 N Bradley Road in Lake Forest.  This running group is open to all levels and we will teach you the proper way to train for a 5k race.
