Joining Mr. Skilling on the panel are Douglas Sisterson\, Research Meteorologist with Argonne National Laboratory and Senior Manager for the U.S. Department of Energy Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Climate Research Facility\, and attorney Mary Gade of Gade Environmental Group\, LLC\, and former Regional Administrator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency\, (USEPA)\, Region V. The event is complimentary and open to the public.
