Appropriate for all fitness levels. About April Nelson: April Taylor Nelson is the owner of Pike Pilates Studio and the creator of the Pilates for Kids Fitness Program. April is a certified Pilates instructor on the following apparatus: Mat\, Reformer\, Springboard\, Trapeze Table/Cadillac\, Chair\, Ladder Barrel\, Spine Corrector\, and Magic Circle. She has also completed training in TRX Suspension Method and myofascial release and is working towards an additional certification (pending July 2020) through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)\, an accredited and globally recognized program for Pilates professionals.
