2026 NM 5K Race to Impact

Description

Through your support and participation in the NM5K Race to Impact, you are helping fund medical fitness and wellness programs at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center. These programs are designed to prevent and treat health conditions as well as promote an optimal level of social and emotional well-being. Whether you choose to walk, run, donate or sponsor, you will be making a difference while supporting programs that are vital to the health of our participants and community.

Our medical fitness programs are tailored for those living with conditions such as heart disease, cancer or Parkinson’s disease. We offer something for every wellness goal, from day-to-day health and fitness to weight loss and cancer survivorship programs. Our highly qualified staff works closely with participants to help them adopt healthy behaviors and improve their quality of life. Through the generous philanthropy of people like you, we can provide these programs at little to no cost.

Registration fees

Includes participant T-shirt (long-sleeved or women's sleeveless), chipped-time bib (runners only) and NM5K Race to Impact bag. Register by September 30 to guarantee T-shirt pickup on race day.

Advance registration fees
Advance registration ends on Friday, October 16 at 5:00 pm.
       Runners: $40
       Walkers: $30

Day-of-race registration fee
Runners and walkers: $50
