Whether you love it or hate it, social media is no longer a novelty; it is a must-have for any successful recruiting strategy. Did you know that Facebook is the second most popular social network for recruiters after LinkedIn? According to a recent JobVite survey, 55% of employers use Facebook in their recruiting, 47% use twitter. Since so many recruiters and companies are using social media to target candidates, it can be an excellent way to expand your network and connect with your next perfect job.
