Selina Gomez-Beloz is a nonprofit strategist and leadership coach who transforms passion-driven organizations into sustainable, high-impact institutions. creating the systems that enable lasting impact. Selina is known for her ability to meet organizations where they are and move them decisively toward where they need to be with clarity, strategy, and purpose.
A proven nonprofit leader, Selina has worked across the full spectrum of organizational development from early-stage capacity building and grant readiness to executive leadership and governance strategy. Her background spans direct community service, federal grant oversight, and hands-on consulting with emerging nonprofits, particularly those led by people from underrepresented communities. Through Madrina Consulting, she takes a grounded, culturally responsive approach to leadership coaching and organizational development, meeting founders and executives with honesty, practical tools, and an unwavering belief in their potential to build something that lasts. She holds master's degrees in Library Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Nonprofit Management from DePaul University, and currently serves on the boards of the Chicago Artist Guide and the Lake County Chamber of Commerce.
