Join us at Sunset Foods' Lake Forest Cooking Studio to learn the proper use of a Chef?s Knife and Paring Knife. Slice, chop, dice, mince, and cut different foods into Julienne and Chiffonade. Enjoy the fruits of your labors by creating Lime & Lemongrass Cured Beef Salad, Napa Cabbage & Cilantro Slaw, Asian Ratatouille, and Cardamom Spiced Peaches. Leave with an EdgeWare Knife Sharpener to stay on the cutting edge at home! Take home all your creations, and leave the clean-up to us!
