Prior to founding HALO, Lisa served as Managing Partner of a high-growth consultancy, where she built the firm’s strategy, launched an integrated operating model, and led the organization through 4x revenue growth. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at global consulting firms, partnered with Harvard thought leaders to build enterprise leadership programs, and advised Fortune 500 and global enterprises on strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
