Presented by: Suzanne Coonan, Principal & Executive Coach at Aerial Leadership, Inc., & former LFGSM VP of HR
Accomplished professionals are proactively managing their careers and changing jobs more than ever in order to remain relevant and marketable. In today’s environment, it is necessary to take ownership of your short and long term career goals and become ‘CEO of your Career’. This means that it is more important than ever to have evidence of your accomplishments and communicate your expertise, qualifications and how you can create value for your current or future company. What works is showing vs. telling what you have achieved to provide evidence of your potential and make you stand out from the crowd.
This program focuses on:

Strategies for leveraging your career portfolio.
