Kicking off our year-long "Project Selfy" Wellness Series at the Communitymmunity Center Please join us for our first event!
Celebrate American Heart Association's Heart Healthy Month!
Come enjoy a delicious catered lunch while you learn how to love your body from the inside out.
In this program, you will learn how to lower your cholesterol naturally and avoid doing the “statin shuf?e.” Let’s also learn how to love ourselves all day long by making small daily habit changes that have a significant impact on heart health and weight loss.
And just for fun, let’s channel our inner diva and learn how to love ourselves in photos with posing tips from an expert for the tentative and terri?ed!
