Join us at Sunset Foods' Lake Forest Cooking Studio to get ready for summer grilling with this lesson on Rubs, Marinades, Brines and Pastes ? including safe food handling practices. Your BBQs will benefit from the pizzazz of Fragrant Chile Rub, Jerk Rub, and Provençal Herb Rub. Sample dishes prepared by Chef Mary Kay Gill featuring each of these preparations.
