The Strong Interest Inventory is one of the world’s most widely respected and frequently used career planning tools. Workshop participants will receive targeted strategies to help focus their career search – whether beginning your career, reentering the workforce, exploring a career change or considering an encore career.
Dr. Barbara Annin is an executive coach and workshop facilitator with over 30 years of professional experience. Since launching her coaching practice in 2003, she has worked with individuals and teams helping them enhance their overall career and personal success. Barbara has worked with clients and facilitated workshops for organizations including: Astellas, Case New Holland, Chicago Urban League, the City of Lake Forest, National Association of Realtors, Right Management, Takeda, and University of Chicago Hospitals. Prior to working as
an executive coach, she held senior-level positions with Baxter International and CNA Financial.
Dr. Annin received her Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara. She holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and was an adjunct coach for a Leadership Certificate Course at the Graham School at the University of Chicago.
