Gorton Community Center Launches Full-Day Summer Camp ? Registration Opens March 11 at 10:00 a.m. Customize your child’s summer camp experience for a summer of fun at Gorton in the heart of Lake Forest. Gorton Community Center offers a wide range of week-long summer camps for toddlers to teens. We focus on offering exceptional arts and culture to the community, and our summer camps embody that vision. Camps run from June to August and encompass a wide range of experiences – all taught by local, experienced professionals in our historic building in Lake Forest. Summer Camps at Gorton offer a chance for your child to learn something new, make new friends, build independence, explore talents and express his/her creativity. The camps we offer vary week to week, so you can customize your child’s camp experience. For the first time this year we will be offering a lunch program, so you can count on Gorton for a full-day camp experience!
