Your job search is a marathon, not a sprint…but how do you begin? Conducting a job campaign can be one of the most challenging experiences you have ever experienced. Often it is a hurry up and wait process that requires planning, patience, follow-up and a tracking system. You can’t control the end result but you can control your activity! You need to treat your search as a regular job by creating routines and setting goals. Mary Beth will walk you through strategies that can help you create the structure and set priorities that will result in improved enthusiasm and productivity!
