Description
Presented by: David Rubin, Owner, Suited To You
Although the term "networking" may be overused at times, it still has relevance in our day to day lives.
We network every day; socially, professionally, in and out of the office and at family gatherings. As soon as you ask a question, the answer may reveal itself in the form of a request for assistance, compassion, or an answer ... and if we listen carefully, we will be able to respond thoughtfully by offering a solution, an introduction or an observation to help the person with whom we are talking.
Networking is all about asking the right questions, listening to the responses and determining whether, or not, you are in a position to help that person, or lead them to someone who might be more helpful. It is all about associating yourself with people you know, like and trust so that you can make recommendations with confidence. It is all about working as a team so that you don't have to do it all alone; like build your business, endure a loss, build a better widget or save the planet.
This interactive presentation will be an introduction to networking – and I mean HOW to network. With the ideas, thoughts and suggestions you gain from this event, you will 1) be able to more confidently walk into a room prepared, 2) engage properly, and 3) feel good about your accomplishment.
For more than a quarter century, David has been growing his business organically through
networking and building professional relationships which have resulted in more business for all parties. His passion for clothing is evident as soon as you meet him and he is happy to share whatever it takes to help business professionals look, feel and perform their best.
