Presented by: Kim Cecil, Licensed Clinical Social worker, Clinical Therapist
Take a step toward caring for yourself and join the discussion to keep yourself healthy during what can be a difficult time. We will discuss the stressors of daily life and ways to create balance and structure into one’s life. And, help participants recognize their own stress triggers and develop their own coping mechanisms.
Kimberly Cecil, LCSW has been practicing social work since 1997 in a variety of clinical and administrative roles. Kim is currently working at Rosalind Franklin University Health System serving both students and community members. She works with individuals, couples, and families and works to build on the strengths of each individual to help them deal with their struggles.
