The Newcomers Club of Lake Bluff and Lake Forest is hosting this event for both members and prospective members who would like to learn more about the club. Wondering how your new community functions? How to start a home renovation project? What the heck is a Village Trustee anyway? Come get all your questions answered and claim the Newcomers Trivia Night Crown at this fun evening social with City of Lake Forest and Village of Lake Bluff elected officials, staff, and volunteers. City and Village elected officials, staff, and volunteers will give brief 2 minute presentations on the form, function, and process of each local government. After the presentations Newcomers will play a game of trivia to test their knowledge and win prizes. Yes, we did just say prizes!!! Drinks and appetizers will be served. Politics and specific municipal issues will *not* be discussed. This event is open to all, bring a friend or come solo. Prospective new members are welcome!
