Auditions for the 2012-2013 Season at Midwest Young Artists

Auditions are being held all April until May 5th of 2012 for the 2012-13 season at the MYA Center in Ft. Sheridan for pre-college Orchestra, Jazz, Chamber Music, Wind Symphony and Voice ensembles. Visit www.mya.org/audition to register today!

MYA is a full-curriculum pre-college music school which has garnered a reputation among professional musicians and educators as a place for students to:

Midwest Young Artists offers programs in:
- Chamber Music (65+ Ensembles & we host a National Chamber Competition)
- Jazz (Combos, Ensembles, Big Band)
- Orchestra (from beginner through High school)
- Wind Symphony
- Choral Singing groups
- Music Theory and History
- Early Childhood Music & Movement

Students have access to public performances at prestigious venues such as:
- Pritzger Pavilion at Millennium Park
- Pick-Staiger Concert Hall at Northwestern University
- Symphony Center
- Ravinia Festival
