What captures summer's casual entertaining style better than weekend brunch inspired by New Orleans fare? Learn how to make some of the best dishes the Big Easy has to offer. Start with the tricks of Poaching, as well as preparing a Roux and a Hollandaise Sauce. Then create Iceberg Salad with Bacon and Roquefort; Eggs Sardou (Poached Eggs with Artichoke Bottoms & Creamed Spinach); Shrimp Étouffée; and Bourbon Pecan Bread Pudding. Complete your meal with a Bloody Mary. Laissez les bon temps rouler! Take home all your creations, and leave the clean-up to us!
