Description
At this Workshop, we will be reviewing a statement of activities for a NonProfit Organization. We will illustrate direct costs versus indirect costs. Understanding how to create a Budget for your NonProfit will aid any NonProfit trying to create Grant Proposals. Having this information as a part of your Grant Proposal should help in the probability of your NonProfit in attaining the Grant . Whether you are starting a NonProfit, or already have a NonProfit this Workshop should help you understand the Budgeting process.
SCORE Fox Valley Member Sonja Baille-David has an extensive background in Professionally Consulting for Nonprofits and will facilitate this Workshop/Focused Interactive Discussion. Sonja is a CPA and MBA. She has "hands on" experience in manufacturing and service operation, plus 8 years of NonProfit experience including Grant Management, and Donor Reporting.
