Description
Join us for a special evening candlelight barre class, where you'll strengthen and tone your muscles and find focus of your mind and flexilibity of the spine. At The Dailey Method, we align head and heart, soul and spine. This class is special and will be taught by candlelight. Stay afterwards for a glass of wine!
