Dr. Halvorson is a visionary leader in hearing, brain wellness, and hearing conservation, with over 30 years of experience, opening Lake Forest Hearing 15 years ago. Dr. Halvorson attended Rush University Medical Center, where she earned her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) clinical doctorate degree. She is board certified by The American Institute of Balance and Vestibular Assessment & Management. In addition, Dr. Halvorson is also certified for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation and has published groundbreaking research on prenatal hearing. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of Mensa.
