Description
League of Women Voters invite you to "Common Core and Conversation" social. Enjoy wine and canapés while listening to Michael Simeck, Superintendent of School Districts 67 and 115, and Dr. Kevin Rubenstein, Director of Curriculum for District 65. The two experts briefly will explain the Common Core State Standards for our local public schools, and then will answer questions. Bring your friends and others who may be interested. This will be a congenial atmosphere to discuss what can be a hot topic.
