Description
Presented by: Jeffrey Parsons, President, IGC & Associates
Look around today’s work environment. You'll find employees with varied backgrounds, work experience, generational differences, and unique communication styles. The day of a “one-size-fits-all” leadership and communication style no longer fits with today’s workforce. Employers are seeking individuals who can interact with a diverse workforce. Are you ready to manage or be managed or interviewed by individuals who communicate differently and have a different work style?
This program will explore stereotypes, myths and realities of today’s multi-generational workforce and help participants to understand generational differences, improve communications skills and prepare for the changes within today’s workforce. Particular attention will be focused on how these different generations communicate and their work styles. Attendees will be asked to explore from within themselves how to appropriately educate and influence their thinking around generational differences.
