Whether you are working or looking for work - busy professionals have a lot on our plates: we may be juggling heavy workloads or conducting a rigorous job campaign, while at the same time managing a busy household, assisting in caring for relatives, volunteering in our communities and trying to find me time for exercise and relaxation. In addition we are checking e-mail and voicemail around the clock so the lines between work/job searching and home life have become quite blurred. Where does this leave us? Feeling stressed, burned out, and frustrated that we are not giving adequate time and attention to either our personal or professional lives. Finding meaning and balance in our lives has become a key priority for many of us.
Susanne, a sought after corporate trainer and speaker including international assignments, is an ideal individual to address what it means to live a satisfying life in and out of work. She will help you assess your current level of balance using “Wheel of Life” tool and discuss ways to recognize signs of stress when you are out of balance. You will have an opportunity to indentify your personal values, priorities, and degree of alignment. Walk away with strategies for achieving greater satisfaction and work-life balance.
Suzanne is an experienced Human Resources leader, consultant and executive/career coach. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field including past positions at
