Girl Power! Nutrition and Yoga for Tweens
Combine the benefits of ?clean? nutrition & yoga/mindfulness in a fun environment. This class is for 9-12 year-old girls who are interested in learning more about living a healthy life and sharing thoughts & ideas with each other in a safe & non-judgmental environment. Each month will incorporate a different theme and combine 45 minutes of yoga with 45 minutes of nutrition/wellness. Includes take home fun samples, and handouts.
