Description
Anyone who's ever struggled to get through a busy day while sleep deprived knows how important it is to be rested and refreshed. However, this seems to be easier said than done in most cases. An increasing body of research is showing us that sleep is far more critical to health than previously believed, and yet may be more elusive than ever. This course introduces learners to practical ways in which they can identify sleep loss triggers, and what they can do to overcome them.
