She is dynamic and results-oriented with extensive experience driving growth in the Professional Beauty, HBC and OTC industries. Currently serving as Executive Director over Multicultural division at Universal Beauty Products, she leads the growth of national accounts, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce channels such as Amazon.   She has been instrumental in developing and launching several brands and products on the market. Previously, as Regional Sales Director at Salon Centric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal, Rosalind provided expert consultation to over 1,000 small businesses, driving market share growth through strategic analysis, partnerships, and customer-focused initiatives.   Known for her innovative sales management strategies, she has consistently delivered and increased revenue, ROI, and long-term business success.
