The League of Women Voters - Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Area is hosting a panel discussion with Scott Drury, State Representative - 58th District James Held, Lake Forest Chief of Police Nicole Chen, from Moms Demand Action They will address many of the questions surrounding recent legislation regarding guns, assault weapons, concealed carry, background checks, etc. Where exactly do things stand in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff? Are businesses comfortable with the new laws, and do we feel our families and children are safe?
