Jim Starkey is the co-author of High Performance Interviewing and the Director of Marketing at OTTO Engineering, a North American control-switch manufacturing company. His career spans more than twenty years in engineering and marketing positions at AT&T, Lucent and UTStarcom. He holds a MS in telecommunications from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
