Once again this year, Lake Bluff merchants, the Village, and the Chamber threw a festive party with plenty of old-fashioned fun and merriment!! The Downtown came alive with holiday bustle, carolers, musicians, seasonal treats and specials and -- new this year -- a delightful pop-up holiday market buzzing with vendors of all types that featured great gift ideas, food, beverages, and more.
For the youngsters, the Lake Bluff Public Library had a Storywalk in windows through the downtown and fun craft activities next to the tent. And then, at the close of the day, all congregated at the gazebo for some caroling as the switch was flipped to set the Village Green ablaze with light.
