Description
Presented by: Patti Bries, Career Management Consultant, Right Management
Have you ever wondered how your personality type impacts your job search? This workshop will offer you the opportunity to take a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Personality Profile. Your results from the test will help you become aware of your personality preferences. There are many benefits to understanding your own preferences, including how they affect you, how they affect your style of communication and how they are different from what other people prefer. By understanding your preferences, you will also be able to identify key strengths for your resume and interviews and learn how to recognize opportunities that best fit your personality type.
Patti Bries is a Career Management Consultant with Right Management. Her expertise includes training and development, coaching, assessment, and social media. She is certified to administer and interpret the MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B and the Birkman First Look. Ms. Bries earned her BS in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a Master's Level E-Learning Credential from Roosevelt University.
