Description
Presented by: Roberto Montaño, Realtor, Frank Montro Homes
Employers want to know what tangible results they will get by hiring you. A great way to demonstrate this is by developing a brand to effectively communicate who you are and how you can add value to a company. This session will focus on creating a compelling brand and strategies on how to use it.
Roberto Montaño is a Realtor, assisting individuals buy, sell and invest in real estate. He has also worked as an advisor, focusing on serving the needs of the small business community. Roberto previously served as an Army Medic. When he returned from the Army, Roberto served as an Aide in the 4th Congressional District, and on Capitol Hill, where he worked on the Financial Services Committee. He was recruited to serve as Chief-of-Staff for his Alderman, the then President Pro-Tempore of the Chicago City Council. He was appointed to Chicago’s Advisory Council on Latino Affairs by Mayor Richard M. Daley. Roberto has an MBA from Roosevelt University and BA’s in Economics and Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
