Previous to launching Coonan Coaching & Consulting, Suzanne was Vice President – Human Resources at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field including past positions at a legal publishing company, a technology consulting firm, and at Hewitt& Associates. Coonan holds a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also a graduate of the Corporate Coach U Coaching program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
